Refund and Returns Policy

At SREE VAASAVI FLOWERS, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality flowers and a delightful customer experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are defined with care to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service via phone or email.
  2. Orders once processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  3. Special/customized flower arrangements are non-cancellable once booked.
  4. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is damaged, wilted, or defective.
  2. You receive a wrong product not matching your order.
  3. Non-delivery of the product due to our fault (e.g., logistic failure).

Refund Process:

  1. Notify us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and order details.
  2. Once verified and approved by our team, a full/partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

3. Replacement Policy

  1. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, we offer one-time replacement at no additional cost.
  2. Replacement requests must be raised within 4 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
  3. Replacements are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  2. Recipient not available at the time of delivery, and delivery is attempted as per instructions.
  3. Late delivery due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
  4. Slight color or design variation, as flowers are natural products.

5. Mode of Refund

  1. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
  2. In case of COD orders (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
