Refund and Returns Policy
At SREE VAASAVI FLOWERS, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality flowers and a delightful customer experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are defined with care to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service via phone or email.
- Orders once processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Special/customized flower arrangements are non-cancellable once booked.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, wilted, or defective.
- You receive a wrong product not matching your order.
- Non-delivery of the product due to our fault (e.g., logistic failure).
Refund Process:
- Notify us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and order details.
- Once verified and approved by our team, a full/partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
3. Replacement Policy
- For damaged or incorrect deliveries, we offer one-time replacement at no additional cost.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 4 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Recipient not available at the time of delivery, and delivery is attempted as per instructions.
- Late delivery due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
- Slight color or design variation, as flowers are natural products.
5. Mode of Refund
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
- In case of COD orders (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
